Why Travel
Travel has a way of opening your eyes to new cultures, new cuisines, and new perspectives. It is why I always encourage friends and family to go see the world for themselves.
We all share one planet, but the best way to truly understand it is by experiencing it firsthand.
That is why I write, photograph, and share my experiences. My goal is to pass along what I have learned and help others travel smarter, discover incredible destinations, and feel more confident exploring the world.
About Me
I live in New York City with my faithful German Shorthair Pointer, Daisy. I find just as much joy in cooking at home as I do in dining out. Exploring cities, beaches, photography, paddle boarding, skiing, and uncovering excellent Italian cuisine are some of my favorite pastimes.
In summing up my travel style… I can savor a Bud Light in the Redneck Riviera just as much as a glass of rosé in the French Riviera. My blog embodies a certain je ne sais quoi.

Where I Have Been
Over the years, I have traveled across a range of destinations, learning what actually makes a place memorable to me. It is rarely just what you see. It is how you experience it, from the meals and moments to the people you meet along the way.
From iconic cities to smaller destinations that surprised me along the way, every trip has added another layer to how I explore, write, and share what is worth experiencing.
Where I’m Dreaming About
There are still plenty of places I am excited to experience next. Some destinations stand out for their food, landscapes, culture, design, or simply the feeling I imagine they leave behind.
Some of these destinations are already on the calendar. Others are still further out, part of a longer list of places I want to experience the right way.
